Outpatient Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
Online Registration Form

Purpose: To educate Mississippi Medicaid Outpatient Therapy (PT, OT, SLP) Providers on improving the completion of certification forms and documentation for HealthSystems of Mississippi's utilization review process.

Target Audience: All Mississippi Medicaid Outpatient Therapy Providers (hospitals that provide outpatient physical, occupational & speech therapy and individual therapists with their own Mississippi Medicaid provider number) who will participate in the utilization review process with the Division of Medicaid and HealthSystems of Mississippi.

Schedule:
Registration: 10:00 AM -- 10:15 AM
Meeting: 10:15 AM -- 12:00PM

These seminars will cover the following:

Documentation and the correct completion of the certification request forms
Q&A Session
