HSM - Electronic Review Information

	What is Electronic Review?

HSM has developed a Web-based electronic review request system for all Mississippi Medicaid inpatient and home health providers that enables them to effectively submit certification review requests electronically via the Web. HSM’s Web-based system also allows provider staff to verify current and previous review volumes and outcomes, and access treatment authorization numbers (TANs) for inpatient and home health cases. Numerous providers who utilize this system have found this new capacity to be quite valuable and time saving. The computer system requirements for a provider to participate are minimal.
